Sila [SEE-lah] is a super sweet and playful girl who loves exploring her surroundings and discovering new things. She enjoys playing with her toys, but she’s just as happy to curl up with her people for some pets and cuddles. Once she’s getting some attention, you can expect plenty of purrs!

Sila is also a sweetly vocal girl who isn’t afraid to speak up when she wants something. Whether she’s ready for playtime, looking for some attention, or simply has something to say, she’ll happily let you know. With her playful personality, affectionate nature, and adorable little voice, Sila is sure to charm her way into your heart! I am not currently not at the shelter because I'm spending time in a loving foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by mid September.* You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal. Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
