Mango - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Coachella, California

Meet Mango: A Little Survivor with a Big Heart!

Hi, I'm Mango!

My story began when I was just a tiny, two-month-old kitten trying to survive on the streets. Rosa, a wonderful foster with Desert Paws Sanctuary, spotted me and noticed that something was wrong with my back leg. She tried to rescue me, but I managed to get away.

Months passed, and nobody knew what had happened to me. Then, when Rosa rescued a Siamese cat named Miso, guess who showed up again? ME!

I was taken to vet the very next day, where X-rays revealed an old fracture that had already calcified. Nobody knows what happened to me, but thankfully, I'm not in pain!

Despite everything I've been through, I'm incredibly loving. In fact, even the veterinarian fell in love with me!

I may have a little leg that tells a story of my past, but my heart is full of love, and I'm ready for a brighter future.

Rosa found me twice, and I believe everything happens for a reason. Maybe I was just waiting for the right moment to be rescued.

Now I'm waiting for the most important person of all, my forever family.

I'm available for adoption through Desert Paws Sanctuary!

Love, Mango
