Meet Tulip! This sweet girl was spayed and vaccinated through our TNR program, but she should NOT be living outdoors alone! She is the most affectionate, friendly cat you've ever met and is begging to be a spoiled housecat. She is friendly with kids, dogs, and other cats. She is so brave and cuddly and sweet. Without foster placement, she is being re-released back to her neighborhood while we try to find her a forever home. Can you foster, or better yet, adopt Tulip and give her the life she deserves?
