Snow Pea - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Snow Pea is living in a foster home! Fill out an adoption application to meet them!

This beautiful cat is spayed and fully healthy! She's up to date on vaccines and also microchipped!

Snow Pea is a petite, sweet girl with a big personality! She may be a little shy when she first finds herself in a new environment, but once she starts feeling comfortable, her curious and social side comes out. She loves exploring, hanging out near her people, and making sure you know exactly what she's thinking. She's quite the talkative little lady! She enjoys pets and likes being close to her people, though so far she's been more of a "hang out nearby" girl as she continues to get comfortable and build trust. Snow Pea has been gaining confidence every day in her foster home and would do best with someone who can give her a little patience while she adjusts and let her personality come out at her own pace.

Litter Box Trained: Has excellent litter box habits, but occasionally misses if she is using a small litter box.

Unknown with Dogs: Has not been tested with dogs, so their compatibility is unknown. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet.

Cat-friendly - Hasn't spent time with other cats, but with proper introductions, it is likely they'd do great

Kid-friendly: Unknown, but likely would do great with respectful kids!

Snow Pea's adoption fee is $100, and this cat can't wait to meet you!

Next steps: Email adopt@onetail.org with questions, or submit an application online and we'll be in touch to schedule a meeting: https://www.onetail.org/apply-to-adopt/. Our adoption application stays on file for one year and can apply to any cat in our program. Once the app is submitted you will receive an email within 48-72 hours.
