Skunky - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Skunky was found this summer as a kitten with her mama and siblings in a boarded up house; sharing the space with birds, raccoons, and possibly other critters. The kittens were venturing out at night playing under cars while traffic drove by.

Born approximately June 8, she was brought indoors at 8 weeks old to be cared for and socialized, she is now 19 weeks/almost 5 months old (as of mid-October).

Skunky is the shyest of her litter. Her siblings come to the forefront while she hangs back to observe. With patience, a Churu treat, and her favorite feather wand toy, she is right in the mix being her playful self. Her tuxedo markings are silky soft. She will be a sweet playmate once she is comfortable and you earn her trust with some one-on-one time.

She is not bonded to another cat. She is spayed, chipped, and has all her shots. She would do well with another cat for continued socialization and a playmate.
