Meet Bucklebury at Global Pet Foods McKenzie Towne!
Bucklebury's greatest obstacle to adoption is that his foster already has a full house.
Because otherwise, this would not be an adoption profile. This would be an announcement.
Buckle is just an absurdly good kitten. He is sweet, hilarious, confident, affectionate and wildly entertaining without needing to be attached to a human every second of the day. He loves people. He loves other cats. He loves toys. He loves being carried around. He likes to ride on shoulders and, when a shoulder isn't sufficiently ambitious, will simply continue upward and sit on your head.
He is also VERY enthusiastic about food. Meals are events. Buckle approaches dinner with the same commitment he brings to most things in life, which is quite a lot for someone who currently weighs less than two kilograms.
When he isn't climbing the humans, he is running, wrestling, investigating and generally making himself useful in ways nobody asked for. He is high-energy and curious, but he also has a lovely off-switch. He cuddles, sleeps with his people, enjoys kisses and is just incredibly easy to adore.
Buckle may greet unfamiliar cats or dogs with a hiss, but with proper introductions he settles in well. He needs feline companionship in his forever home and would preferably be adopted with his sister, Bywater. Otherwise, he needs a home with another friendly, playful cat who is ready for a very enthusiastic little roommate.
He could also do well with kids, although families with very young children should know that Buckle's preferred greeting occasionally involves simply jumping onto a person. He means well. His delivery system could use refinement.
Bucklebury is funny, affectionate, confident, ridiculous and dangerously easy to fall in love with.
Which is precisely why his foster is relying heavily on the phrase "full house."
