Chanel - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Boca Raton, Florida

Meet Chanel, this beautiful approximately 2-year-old ginger girl who has made an incredible transformation. She began her journey living in an air-conditioning vent, unsure of people and the comforts of indoor life. After four months in her foster home, she has blossomed into a sweet and loving house cat who now enjoys being petted, played with, and spending time with her people.

She can still be a little shy when first approached, but patience goes a long way with her. When given the chance to come to you at her own pace, she happily accepts affection and truly enjoys being loved. She has learned that people can be safe, kind, and comforting, and she continues to grow more confident every day.

This special girl would do best with someone who understands that trust can take a little time and who will allow her to settle in without pressure. In return, she has the potential to become a wonderful, loyal companion and bring so much warmth to her forever home. She has already come such a long way—now she just needs a family of her own to complete her story.
