Marvin's owner experienced severe trauma (with Marvin present) and, as a result, struggles with panic attacks around Marvin. While she cares about him, she is no longer able to give him the love and attention he deserves as she seeks emotional help for herself. Through no fault of his own, Marvin is now in need of a new home.
