Cheeto - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Bear, Delaware

Cheeto came to us from one of our county shelters! She is fully vetted and ready to find the purrfect forever home! Here is what her foster has to say about her!

"Cheeto is a gentle soul. She spent her first 6 weeks here hissing and spitting at me from under the bathroom sink. Now she’s my faithful companion. She seeks out contact for security. Her favorite game is to stalk random objects around the house, sneak up on them and swat them to see if they’re alive. She always surprises herself so after she swats something she jumps high in the air and puffs herself up. She’s hysterical. She’s shy but her personality is one of a kind once she trusts you. When I pick her up to snuggle her she wraps her paws around me and hugs me back. She’s great with kids and other cats. She wasn’t a fan of dogs but may warm up."

If your pet is not up to date on veterinary care, we kindly ask that you have that completed prior to applying since we cannot hold any animals.
