DESCRIPTION
Otis is a very handsome 12-week-old little man. He didn't have a great start in his short 12 weeks of life. He is looking for someone that will be his forever person and allow him to continue to blossom. He loves to play with toys. He would do best in a home where he has a another kitty to be a companion and friend. So that he can settle into his new home and continue building his confidence he is a Foster to adopt. Once he reaches his 3 lbs he will be neutered ,vaccinated,and microchipped. Would you like to meet Otis? Let's do a meet and greet! He would do good with older teens but not small children. His foster home does have small dogs.
