Jasper is a handsome 12-week-old little boy who is a bit shy at first. He is continuing to work on been more confident and outgoing. He had a rough start in his short 12 weeks but he is overcoming all of that and ready to move onward and upward. So that he can settle in his new home with his family he is a Foster to adopt. Once he reaches three pounds he will be neutered ,vaccinated ,and microchipped. He would do best with older teens no small children. His foster home does have small dogs as his foster siblings.
