Domestic Short Hair and Russian Blue Cats Available for Adoption in Albert Lea, Minnesota

Celine and her brothers were born in custody on December 9 2025. Their mom has been spayed and has already found a new and very happy home. Now it is their turn. Celine and the boys are just in from their foster home and ready to find their new families. Celine is a beautiful girl who loves to play and snuggle and would really love to find a new home and take one of her brothers home with her. She would make a great addition to nearly any family.

All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org

When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition.

Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed.

If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only.
