Meet Bowie!

Bowie's story is one of resilience, second chances, and learning to trust again. This handsome adult boy was found in a Union City cat colony in heartbreaking condition - emaciated, missing patches of fur, and clearly struggling to survive outdoors. A dedicated local feeder knew he deserved better and reached out to us for help. Thankfully, Bowie got the fresh start he had been waiting for.

Since entering foster care, Bowie has absolutely blossomed. When he's happy (which is often around mealtime or when he's getting attention), he transforms into the sweetest little mush. He'll rev up his purr motor, enthusiastically headbutt you for affection, and soak up every bit of love you're willing to give. Food is definitely the way to his heart, and treats are always appreciated!

Bowie isn't a lap cat (at least not yet) but he genuinely enjoys being near his favorite person. Whether you're working, watching TV, or just relaxing, he's happiest hanging out in the same room, quietly keeping you company.

Of course, Bowie also has plenty of personality. He isn't shy about expressing his opinions, and every now and then he'll let out a dramatic little grumble or judging groan if something isn't quite up to his standards. It only adds to his charm.

After everything he's been through, Bowie is still learning that people can be counted on. Each day he grows a little more confident, a little more affectionate, and a little more comfortable showing his true self. We know that with patience, love, and a stable home, he'll continue to flourish into an incredible lifelong companion.
