Soyrizo. No, I did not say, "I am Chorizo." I said, "Soyrizo." That's plant-based chorizo. Vegans and vegetarians use it just like chorizo sausage. I'm one of four 2-month-old kittens named for different types of plant-based proteins. We came to Paws and Claws as part of a group from a rescue partner. I was a bit shy coming to a new place with unfamiliar people, but now that I've warmed up a bit, I am less nervous, and I am feeling a bit "spicier." I love to run and play. I am also quite friendly, and I like getting attention and petting. I'm a medium-haired tabby boy, so I'll need to have my coat brushed regularly to prevent mats. I'll be "soy-cited" to go home to be your Soyrizo, and I hope you'll be excited too.
