I’m a beautiful buff-colored tabby mama who came to Paws and Claws from another rescue with my five kittens when my babies were about 5 weeks old. We went to a nice foster home so I could have help “managing” them. Like many mother cats, I was not a “people cat “ at first. I was friendly enough, but rather stand-offish until my kittens were older. Then one day I became interested while my foster mom was eating lunch on the porch. I climbed on the back of her chair for petting. I even began crossing her lap for petting, and if she stopped, I would head butt her. I will likely start out shy in my new home, too, but after I feel comfortable, I will be showering you with attention and love. I may even become your household manager in time!
