Meet Starfire: Part-time Super-Snuggler, Full-time Prankster!
Don't let her stunning looks fool you—Starfire is an absolute character! This incredibly curious girl has a hilarious sense of humor. Her favorite hobby? Hiding just on the other side of door frames, waiting for her humans or littermates to walk by, and then launching a classic "jump scare" before dashing off into the sunset.

Once you earn a spot in her exclusive inner circle, Starfire rewards you with the most intense love. She will bless you with a purr storm while aggressively rubbing her face against yours in the sweetest, most enthusiastic displays of affection.

The Details: Starfire is a beautiful grey striped tabby with matching white socks and a white belly. We're pretty confident this little star is going to grow into a spectacular medium-to-long-haired beauty!

Starfire was found in a litter of 4 kittens at roughly 3 weeks old. The litter was lovingly bottle fed and litter trained then spayed and neutered. While we don't know exactly, this kitten's birthdate is estimated to be around 3/23/2026.


This little kitten is a bundle of playful energy and needs a partner-in-crime! To make sure they stay happy and thoroughly entertained, OARS only adopts kittens out in pairs, or into homes that already have a resident kitten or young cat to play with.

All OARS cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper, and have had dewormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.

We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in cozy rooms (cage-free!) where they can play with their favorite toys, watch bird feeder activity, and nap in a favorite sunny spot.
To save as many lives as possible, we partner directly with other rescues and shelters to focus our efforts on overcrowded facilities and kitties who require extra TLC to prepare them for adoption. Because of this, we cannot accept cats directly from the public. Everything we do is fueled by your generosity! As a 100% donation-supported rescue, every dollar goes straight toward food, supplies, and veterinary care for the animals in our hands.
