Jinx is a beautiful 4-year-old spayed female with a gorgeous grey DMH coat and a gentle, cautious personality.

She has lived as an indoor cat and does well with other cats. Jinx is still quite nervous, so shell need a patient and understanding family willing to give her the time and space she needs to feel safe and comfortable.

With patience, consistency, and lots of love, Jinx may blossom into a wonderful companion. Shes looking for someone who understands that the shy ones often need a little extra time—and that earning their trust makes it all the more special.

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to an adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
