Trinity McCracken (bonded to Neo McCracken) - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Merrifield, Virginia
TRINITY MCCRACKEN (BONDED TO NEO MCCRACKEN)
Domestic Medium Hair
🇺🇸
Merrifield, Virginia
August 9th
female, small, young
DESCRIPTION
Neo (grey boy) and Trinity (black girl) are a bonded pair of kittens that had a rough patch before they were rescued. They had been adopted as younger kittens, but the family split up shortly after that and they were put outside to fend for themselves because "cats can find their own food when they live outside". They were found by a rescuer, bony and starving, eating bugs and leaves they were so hungry. They had coccidia (a GI tract parasite) and upper respiratory infections. They have been treated and are recovering but it will take a little longer to get the weight back on, as it usually does in these cases. They will probably be on the small side as adults due to the infections and malnutrition. The good news is they are playing with toys and other kittens in their foster room, acting like normal kittens again. Trinity is the more independent of the two and prefers to play with toys and other cats, and Neo is the snuggler and an eager eater.
*** PLEASE NOTE***
4Paws will only consider local adoptions (Northern VA / DC / MD metropolitan area).
4Paws does not adopt to students.
Kittens under 6 months old need to go to a home that already has another active cat of similar age. Otherwise, they need to be adopted with a kitten from their current foster home or a kitten from another 4Paws foster home.
