Jinks is a senior girl who we rescued back in 2014 after she had been attacked by a dog and was only about a year old. She was quickly adopted by one of our volunteers and lived happily in their home for 11 years. Unfortunately, her world was turned upside down when her owner passed away. With no one else able to take her in, she came back to us and was very shaken. She was grumpy and untrusting. After a little bit of time and TLC, Jinks realized that she was in a safe place and started to let her guard down.

Now, she happily accepts pets but will tell you when she's had enough. She knows what she wants and when she wants it. She is a sassy girl with a silly personality and we love her diva attitude. She doesn't care for other cats but tolerates their presence. She would love to find her way back into a home where she can be pampered and unbothered by other pets. She would do best in a mellow home with a laid back owner who wants a cat who will hang out, play occasionally and be a loyal, loving companion.
