Opal is a beautiful girl. She is very sweet but extremely shy. She is very unsure of herself and has come a long way since we rescued her from the shelter. She allows us to pet her but she likes it when you take it slow and earn her trust with treats. She would do best in a mellow, quiet home with someone who is very patient and will allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She has been fine with other cats but can get overwhelmed around high-energy cats.
