Meet Axel!

The handsome old fella with stars in his eyes.
A talker and a cuddler, Axel is the full package!

Do you love having a little shadow follow you around the house? Axel has a setting for that.
Do you enjoy having a Netflix buddy on the couch but surrendering yourself to hours of immobility as he snores on your lap? Yup, Axel's got a setting for that too!

He recently underwent a dental procedure to remove a few teeth but since then he has been much happier and is now eating dry food again with no issues.
Being an older fellow, he is slower to move about the house but has recently been attempting to jump up on surfaces like chairs and stools!
He will occasionally get the zoomies which you will never see but will absolutely hear. It's like a Bigfoot sighting; one day!!

Now that Axel's health has improved and he has settled into his foster home, he has shown more interest in toys! He has two specific mouse toys that he likes to bat around occasionally and carry around the house. These need to be adopted with him and are non-negotiable. :)

He has met other cats when he was at the shelter but also met cats in his foster home. He is mostly indifferent/uninterested and could do well with another older cat who enjoys the company but with no conversation. A nice game of chess perhaps?

Overall, this senior feline is a big sweetie who will chatter about when you're not in sight of him and snores like your father in law during a football game.
