Kimchi - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Eatontown, New Jersey

Kimchi is a shelter staff favorite! Found all alone in Asbury Park at the end of August, this shy little lady had no human interaction prior to coming to the MCSPCA and needed extra socialization. Kimchi joined the Cat Adoption Team, assisting with adoptions, phone calls, and other office work by sitting on laps, getting petted, and eating her favorite treats.

Initially, Kimchi was very "spicy," meaning she would hiss, swat, and run away when touched. Fast forward to today after working as an office kitten for a few months, Kimchi learned to purr and enjoy being petted. Now, once you're in Kimchi's inner circle, you can pet her, kiss her, hold her and hear her purr like crazy while she's falling asleep in your lap.

Kimchi is still hesitant with new people. She will need a patient, adult family willing to give her the time and space she needs to settle into her new home. The way to Kimchi's heart is through a very particular set of treats!! Kimchi LOVES Churus and Delectable Squeeze-Up snacks, as well as Churu Pop'N Serves and Delectable Lickable Spoons; give her some of these and you'll be her bff in no time!!! (Kimchi wanted to make sure we included these specific snacks in her bio so her adopter would know lol)!

Aside from a quiet, adult home, Kimchi would love a kitty friend to hang out with. Do you have the purrfect home for this beautiful girl?
