Meet Priscilla — She Has No Time for Kitten Nonsense
Priscilla would like everyone to know that she is far too sophisticated for the shenanigans of other kittens.
While the younger cats are busy running around like they've had three espressos and a questionable life decision, Priscilla prefers to find a nice, quiet spot near the adult cats and take a nap.
Because honestly... someone has to bring some dignity to this place.
But don't let her distinguished lounging fool you. Priscilla absolutely has a playful side! Give her a spring or a felt ball, and suddenly Miss Sophisticated is ready to clock in for her shift as a professional toy enthusiast.
And when playtime is over?
She has a very specific idea of what happens next:
TV. Lap. Pets. Happiness.
Priscilla doesn't particularly enjoy being picked up and carried around, thank you very much. But if you're sitting on the couch watching TV, she's perfectly happy to climb into your lap, settle in beside you, and accept all the pets.
Basically, Priscilla's love language is:
"I don't need you to carry me. I just need you to sit down."
She gets along wonderfully with other cats and dogs, making her an excellent addition to a home with furry friends.
Young children, however, are a little too much for her. The noise and activity can be overwhelming, so Priscilla would be happiest with older kids who understand that sometimes a cat needs a little peace and quiet.
And honestly, we get it.
Priscilla isn't antisocial.
She's just selectively social.
She's the kind of girl who doesn't need to be the center of attention. She'd rather quietly hang out nearby, play with her favorite toys, curl up in your lap during your favorite show, and remind you that some of the best relationships don't require a lot of fuss.
Sometimes love is loud.
Sometimes love is a tiny purring cat quietly climbing into your lap because you finally sat still long enough.
Priscilla is looking for someone who appreciates that kind of love.
Someone who doesn't need her to be a kitten tornado.
Someone who understands her boundaries.
Someone who will give her a cozy place to nap, a few springs and felt balls to chase, and a lap she can call home.
She doesn't need to be the life of the party.
She'd much rather be the reason you stay home.
