American Bobtail Cats Available for Adoption

RUE

American Bobtail
May 27th
female, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

Rue may be missing one eye, but she has absolutely no trouble keeping her sights set on the important things in life: cozy spots, gentle voices, and the occasional snack opportunity. Rue arrived at the shelter alongside Sunny and Gus after being rescued from a hoarding situation, and despite her rough start, she is a very sweet girl with a gentle spirit. She is visually impaired due to her missing eye, but she navigates her world with quiet confidence and curiosity, happy to explore when she feels safe or simply curl up on a warm windowsill or on a soft couch for a peaceful nap. Since arriving at the shelter, Rue has been understandably nervous and would love nothing more than a calm, cozy home where she can finally relax and feel secure. She would likely do well with respectful children of all ages and would probably enjoy the companionship of a calm feline friend to help her feel more at ease. If adoption isn't in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Rue's profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!
