Anna and Maria are a gentle pair of approximately four-year-old girls who are past those more chaotic young bunny stages and are settling into a calmer, sweeter phase of life. Anna is white and grey, while Maria is black, and together they share a quiet bond that has likely been formed over time, as they arrived at the rescue together. Both girls can be a bit shy at first, but they warm up beautifully once they feel safe and have a little time with you. Anna tends to open up a bit quicker, while Maria takes a more reserved approach—though once she trusts you and you spend some time sitting with her, she will relax and even settle in for gentle pets. They don’t show any concerning behaviors, just a need for patience, consistency, and a soft landing into a stable home. Their past is unfortunately unknown beyond being found dumped in a box at the rescue, with the two of them in a separate box alongside other rabbits. Because of that, they likely have been bonded for some time and have found comfort in each other through uncertainty. What they need now is a calm, loving home willing to give them the time and tenderness to fully blossom.
