Junie B - Mini Lop and Lionhead Rabbit for Adoption in Providence, Rhode Island

If there's an adventure to be had, you can bet Junie B wants to be part of it!

At just about four months old, Junie B is full of personality, curiosity, and baby bunny charm. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places, it doesn't take long for her curiosity to win out. Before you know it, she'll be happily hopping over to investigate a new toy, accept a tasty treat, or see what you're up to. Like her storybook namesake, Junie B approaches life with plenty of enthusiasm, and every day is another opportunity for fun and discovery!

Because Junie B is still too young to be spayed (we generally complete rabbit spays at 5-6 months of age), she is available through our Foster with Intent program. This means her future family will foster and care for her until she's old enough for her spay surgery, which will be scheduled through the shelter, with the intention of officially adopting her afterward!

Junie B may be adopted on her own or alongside one (or both!) of her bunny sisters. If two baby rabbits are adopted together, they'll need thoughtful monitoring as they grow, since hormones and maturity can sometimes change even the strongest baby friendships. Some sisters remain inseparable for life, while others decide they'd rather have neighboring kingdoms than share one. No matter what the future holds, we'll help guide adopters every hop of the way to ensure each bunny has the happiest ending possible.
