Meet Shimmer

Shimmer is a beautiful black and white Dutch girl with a bright presence and a resilient spirit. Like Halo, she was surrendered to Harbor Animal Shelter, where she had to adjust to an unfamiliar and overwhelming new world.

During her time there, Shimmer bonded closely with Halo, forming a connection that brought comfort to them both. Even after being separated, she never lost that bond — and once reunited, it was clear these two share something special.

Shimmer is ready for a home where she can feel secure and loved. She has a quiet strength about her, the kind that comes from weathering change and still choosing connection.
