Honey Bunny's life could have been very different. Bred as a "meat bunny" in an outdoor hutch, all Honey Bunny had to look forward to was being overfed to obesity and a short lifespan ending up on someone's dinner plate.

That all changed when Honey Bunny escaped her hutch. By chance, she ran over to a local business where she began camping out under one of the trucks. The business owners contacted the original owners, who couldn't even be bothered to come and get her.

So the business owners began trying to provide Honey Bunny fresh water and shelter. Then they contacted Kind Heart.
So in 99 degree weather, the Kind Heart crew went out to catch Honey Bunny.

Honey Bunny's life will now be that of a House Bunny. <3
Honey Bunny is enjoying unlimited access to hay and fresh water, and all the love her foster mom can provide.
