Peter (South Surrey) - Bunny Rabbit Rabbit for Adoption in Vancouver, British Columbia

Peter is about 6 years old. He joined the VRRA family with his bonded wife, Teena, who tragically passed away after a short illness.

He’s a handsome soft grey, medium-sized rabbit. He would love another friend to bond with.

Notes from Peter's foster person:
Peter is doing well. He is still a shy bunny until he gets to know you and feels comfortable. He does really love his pats, when he wants them, and does have interest in being out of his pen, around the family. After Teena passed, Peter would come out nightly and do binkies like crazy on our area rug, which he never did while she was alive.*

Peter is an absolute cutie, lovable, in his own way. He has been in the rescue system much too long. Do you have a home he can call his own? He’s a little shy of dogs, but overall he will make a great companion.

[*Note: Rabbits are often able to sense when others rabbits are ill, even before humans know. Exuberant demonstrations like Peter’s are a positive sign: having had time to grieve, he is ready to live his own best life.]
