This beautiful, sweet rabbit came into a local shelter as a stray. She was emaciated and ill, and she was eventually transferred to VRRA as she needed extra care.
Lola 2 is a miracle of survival and her recovery exceeded everyone's expectations. Today we have a rabbit who is happy, healthy, and strong. She's also very food motivated, has been free roaming, and is good with her litter box. Lola 2 has learned how to play again.
Our golden agouti girl is between 2 and 3 yrs old, and would love a friend. She's such a gentle girl.
The adoption fee is $75 per rabbit ($150 for a pair). Please do your research and if you're interested in any of our rabbits, go to www.vrra.org to fill in our adoption application. We follow the House Rabbit Society adoption policies. For everything you need to know about caring for a bunny, visit the House Rabbit Society website at: www.rabbit.org. We strongly encourage all prospective bunny adopters to pick up a copy of The House Rabbit Handbook: How to Live with an Urban Rabbit, available from most online sellers (e.g., Amazon) as well at our shelter.
