Holly - Bunny Rabbit Rabbit for Adoption in Dallas, Pennsylvania

Holly is truly a precious little darling. As is her sister Ivy as well. These adorable sisters were found by another rescue, in a small cage tossed out on the porch of a cat hoarding case. These little sweethearts deserve so much better.

Holly and Ivy display potential to re-bond after their spays, though they will need intentional bonding sessions to help them work things out. Then may consider meeting other bunnies to see if they each prefer somebun else to bond with.

Bunnies truly thrive best in bonded pairs, especially during the hours you are sleeping or otherwise occupied. Could your bunny be "THE Bun"? Or would you consider an already bonded pair? Fill out the application and, once approved, we'll schedule a Meet 'n' Greet to see if your household might be a bunderful match.

* Indoor Home Only *

Bunnies live an average of 8-10 years, but could live up to 16 or even longer! While they do enjoy gentle pets and head rubs, bunnies generally do not like to be picked up or held as they are prey animals and it can be very scary for them. They also need lots of space to move around, run, binky and play - so no small hutches nor cages. They are social animals who want to be with you and should be accepted as part of the family. They need vet visits just like a dog or cat and will require a yearly vaccination against RHDV2. This is a highly contagious and deadly virus.

Please do your research before adding any pet to your family. Visit houserabbit.org and rabbit.org for rabbit care information. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before and after adoption, as well as assist in helping you decide whether bunnies are right for you. We offer ongoing support and encourage ongoing learning to ensure that you and your bunnies thrive for their lifetime.

Please find a place in your heart and home for unwanted, discarded rescue animals. Thank you for adopting, not shopping!
