Meet Arya!

Arya is a very social bunny who adores pets and kisses from her people. She’ll happily sit for long stretches soaking up head scratches, especially at the base of her ears. She’s also wonderful with respectful children — gentle and curious, she loves greeting the toddler in her current home, running out to say hello whenever he waddles into the room and letting him pet her softly.

Arya loves to explore and gets especially excited when her space changes — rearrange the furniture or add something new, and she’ll binky around the room investigating every inch of it.

A dedicated chewer with fantastic teeth, Arya keeps busy with hay cubes, apple sticks, and bamboo sticks — she always needs a good variety on hand to stay happy. She’s also a huge fan of forage boxes (her favorite: a repurposed Amazon box filled with hay, hay cubes, treats, and a sprinkle of Rosewood Naturals Summerfields mix). Her go-to greens are romaine, parsley, cilantro, and dill, with the occasional spring mix, and she loves treats in moderation — Oxbow brand or a bit of fresh carrot are her favorites.

Sweet, social, and full of personality, Arya would make a wonderful bun wife to a calm, easygoing male companion.

Arya originally came from a shelter in Quebec where she was scheduled to be euthanized due to overcrowding. She was adopted and later returned to the rescue through no fault of her own.
