Snowball is a beautiful Teddywidder girl, with an estimated date of birth of March 2024, and she is now looking for a safe and loving forever home.
Snowball has quite a story. She was found as a stray alongside another rabbit after being left outside to fend for themselves. Their previous family had experienced a very difficult situation, and unfortunately, the rabbits were left behind. Thankfully, a caring neighbor noticed the two rabbits in the area, contacted us, and then personally went and picked them up to get them to safety.
When Snowball arrived, her condition was pretty rough, but thankfully we believe she had only been on her own for about a week and a half. She is now safe and receiving the care she needs.
Because there was a possibility that Snowball might be pregnant, she was spayed right away. She is also being treated for a small amount of eye discharge and is doing well.
Snowball is one of those adorable fluffy rabbits that people can't help but notice. Her exact breed is a little uncertain — our vet describes her as essentially a fuzzy lop, and she appears to have characteristics of both a Holland Lop and an Angora/Teddywidder-type rabbit. Whatever her official breed may be, there is no denying that she is one fluffy little girl!
After everything Snowball has been through, she deserves a home where she will never have to worry about being abandoned or left to fend for herself again. She is safe now, and we're looking forward to seeing her find the loving family she deserves.
