Meet Sidney! She is an energetic, curious rabbit who loves exploring and having space to run. When excited, she is full of binkies and zoomies and carries such joy with her. She loves her toys, both wooden and cardboard alike. She may startle at sudden and loud sounds, but if she has a nice place to hide and people she trusts, she becomes accustomed more easily. While hesitant at first, she warms up quickly- the more she gets to know you, the more she starts to seek you out for attention (or treats). If you take the time to hand feed her some favorite snacks, fresh cilantro is the way to her heart and will have her paws on your leg begging for more.
Spayed: 7/29/2026
Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) is a highly contagious and deadly disease that affects both wild and domestic rabbits. The virus is causing deaths in rabbits and hares native to North America and is spreading rapidly. In addition to detection of RHDV2 in wild cottontail rabbits and jackrabbits, RHDV2 has been confirmed in domestic rabbits on 50 premises, including a detection in a feral domestic rabbit. Please make sure to vaccinate your rabbits every year. For more information, please visit our website at: https://sandiegorabbits.org/education/rhdv
