I may only weigh 12 pounds, but let's not get hung up on technicalities. In my mind, I'm somewhere between a German Shepherd, a security system, and a professional cuddler.

Like any self-respecting Yorkie, I'm bold, confident, and possess the kind of attitude usually reserved for dogs three times my size. I take my job as Chief Household Supervisor very seriously. Need an escort to the bathroom? I'm on it. Walking to the kitchen? I'll accompany you. Sitting on the couch? Excellent, I've already saved you a spot... directly underneath me.

I've completely charmed my foster dad. Unfortunately, he's claiming things like "space" and "responsibility" are preventing him from keeping me. Trust me, I've tried everything: cuddles, face baths, emotional support snuggles, and relentless affection. The man is surprisingly resistant to my very effective marketing campaign.

I live with four dogs and a cat, and I get along well with the whole crew. That said, if we're handing out cuddles and attention, I'd like my application moved to the top of the stack.

When it's playtime, I mean business. Tug-of-war is my specialty, and I play with the intensity of a contestant competing for a world championship title. I may be small, but I bring big energy.

New people? I'll be honest, I like to conduct interviews first. You can't just walk in expecting immediate access to my VIP circle. Fortunately, I accept payment in treats, and my rates are very reasonable.

One thing you should know: I am an explorer at heart. If a door opens unexpectedly, I may feel compelled to investigate what lies beyond it. Some call it "door darting." I call it "neighborhood reconnaissance." Either way, you'll want to keep a close eye on me.

As for potty training, I'm coming along, but let's just say that when I encounter exciting new smells, I occasionally feel inspired to leave a strongly worded opinion. I'll need a patient family willing to help me continue polishing my manners.
