Kale is an independent little gentleman who knows what he likes and appreciates having his own space. He can be a bit stubborn at times and prefers to do things at his own pace, but that's part of what makes him unique!

What Kale really needs is a calm, patient, understanding home where he can feel safe, build trust, and settle into a predictable routine. He isn't looking for a busy household or constant activity. He would much rather enjoy a peaceful environment with someone who understands that some dogs need a little extra time and patience.

Once Kale feels comfortable, he enjoys companionship and being part of his person's day. He just needs someone willing to respect his boundaries while providing gentle guidance and consistency.

Kale's Ideal Home:

Adult-only home — No children
Calm, quiet environment with a predictable routine
Patient, dog-savvy adopter who understands his independent personality
Preferably the only pet so he can have his own space and attention
Someone willing to give him time to adjust without rushing him
