Dapper is exactly what his name promises: brighteyed, social, and ready to win hearts everywhere he goes. He’s a playful puppy who thinks people are fantastic, dogs are fabulous, and—after a very polite cat test—has decided felines are simply of no interest. Dapper is currently being fostered in the city and is thriving. He loves his walks, takes in the sights like a seasoned New Yorker, and rides beautifully in the car. At home, he’s working on his crate skills and doing great for such a young pup. He’s curious, affectionate, and has that perfect mix of puppy silliness and sweet snuggle energy.
