Meet Patty!
This adorable little Yorkie mix is just 2 years old ( born Nov. 17, 2023) and ready for a fresh start in life!
Maxene came to us along with her sister, Maxene, after their owner surrendered them to a fellow rescuer because she simply no longer wanted them. When we learned about their situation, we said YES!
When the girls arrived, they were covered in fleas, severely underweight, and anemic. Thankfully, those difficult days are behind them. Maxene is now safe in a wonderful foster home where she is receiving all the love and care she deserves.
A DNA was run on her and she is mostly a Mini Schnauzer-Yorkie mix, with a few little breeds tossed in for go=iggles, like Pekinese and Lhasa!
She has been groomed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, tested negative for heartworms, spayed and current on both heartworm and flea prevention. She currently weighs about 10 pounds as of August 1, 2026.
Patty is an incredibly loving little girl! She gets along well with the cat in her foster home as well as the other dogs. Patty gets along with other dogs but truthfully in the right home she would love to get all the attention as a solo canine as well.
Patty is being fostered in Memphis and looking for her forever family. We think she is going to make someone a wonderful companion.
