Eleanor is a sweet little girl who is learning what it means to be a beloved pet after being rescued from a breeding kennel. Everything about family life is brand new to her, so she can be very timid and frightened by new people, places, and experiences. Once Eleanor learns to trust you, her gentle personality shines through and she loves to snuggle close to her favorite people. She will need a quiet home, a patient family, and plenty of time to adjust at her own pace. Eleanor would do best in a home with another small, confident dog to help show her the ropes, as well as a securely fenced yard where she can feel safe. She is still working on her training, but with love, understanding, and consistency, Eleanor is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion.
