Meet Jim Jeremy


At just 10 pounds, Jim Jeremy is a tiny gentleman with a big story to tell. This 10-year-old Yorkie Terrier mix sports a handsome silver coat and the soulful eyes of an old man who's seen a lot in his days.

Jim was pulled from a shelter in the nick of time, arriving in rough shape with painful eye issues and a skin condition that showed he hadn't had the easiest life. But this little fighter is healing beautifully and proving every day that love makes all the difference.

Quiet, gentle, and wonderfully low-key, Jim Jeremy is the definition of a sweet senior. He's not here for chaos - he's here for cozy naps, soft blankets, and most importantly... scratches and attention. Give him a little love, and he'll lean right into you, soaking up every bit of affection like he's been waiting his whole life for it. He is house trained and such a easy boy.

Jim is looking for a calm, caring home where he can enjoy his golden years in comfort and safety. If you've got a soft spot for old souls and tiny companions, Jim Jeremy just might be your perfect match.

He has IVDD (hat occurs when the cushioning discs between the bones of the spinal column) and will need pain meds for life for his comfort and he will need to be picked up under his chest and not his back/ rib cage area.

Adoption fee is: $150

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
