Meet Munchin Mae

Munchin Mae is a 7-year-old red and tan Chihuahua weighing just 9 pounds, and she's got a personality as unique as her name. This tiny lady may be small, but she knows exactly who she is-sweet, a little sassy, and full of charm.

Munchin Mae is blind in her right eye, but she doesn't let it slow her down one bit. She's happiest in a calm, predictable environment where she can feel safe and respected. While she's incredibly loving once she trusts you, she does have her boundaries and appreciates a patient, understanding adopter who will give her space when she needs it.

She absolutely lives for butt scratches and will happily soak up affection on her own terms. That said, she isn't a fan of the leash, being picked up, or sudden movements, so she'll need someone who can move at her pace and help her feel secure.

Because of her sensitivities, Munchin Mae is looking for an adult-only home with no children. She would thrive with someone who understands that the best relationships are built on trust, respect, and a little bit of sass.

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
