Meet Mystic, a magical six-week-old puppy. Her mother is a purebred yellow Labrador Retriever, while her father is a purebred chocolate Labrador Retriever. Mystic was one of ten puppies in her litter. She began vomiting after eating, prompting the breeder to take her to a veterinarian. The vet has identified a couple of potential issues. Mystic is currently being treated as a megaesophagus dog (a condition where the esophagus enlarges, loses muscle tone & stops pushing food down properly) to help prevent her from vomiting. GRRR will be arranging an appointment with an internal medicine specialist as soon as possible. Of course, we will keep you up-to-date on Mystic’s appointments and when we will start taking applications for her adoption.
