This sweet boy has not lived an easy life but you wouldn't know it given his resilient spirit!
Sgt. Snacks finds himself in our care at 9 years old to no fault of his own. His owner was unable to provide him with necessary veterinary care. He is very malnourished and has a intradermal mass that will need to be removed once he is healthy enough to undergo anesthesia. The positive news is that he tested negative for HW disease and had a negative fecal.
Sgt. Snacks seems to be an old soul. He goes with the flow whether it's veterinary staff poking and prodding at him or around a group of energetic younger dogs trying to initiate play, he's just happy to be involved.
