DESCRIPTION
If you've ever watched The Wizard of Oz and thought, "I'd love to have a Toto of my own", meet Louie! This little terrier mix is small in stature but big in personality, with all the charm and scruffiness that makes that famous pup so beloved.
When he's comfortable, Louie's playful side comes out in full force. Watch him launch into a case of the zoomies and you'll understand immediately why everyone who meets him smiles. He runs with pure, unbridled joy, little legs flying, it's impossible not to laugh along with him.
Louie's story didn't start the way it should have. He was found abandoned in a parking lot. He deserves so much better than that, and we believe he's just waiting for the right person to walk through the door and show him what home feels like. Because truly, "There's no place like home"
