Roo is our sweet four year old, wirehaired terrier. While four years may be short to us, for him his four years has been a lot in his life. He is a kind and laid back kind of dog. This little guy is just waiting for the right friend to lead him out of the 100 acre woods to his new home.

The Wirehaired Terrier is a charming and energetic dog breed known for its shaggy coat and lively personality. Originating from terriers bred for hunting small game, they are intelligent, spirited, and make loyal companions. Their wiry coat requires regular grooming to prevent matting, and they thrive on ample exercise and mental stimulation. With proper training and socialization, Wirehaired Terriers can be excellent family pets, excelling in activities such as agility and obedience.
