Frankie is one of several rescued from a homeless encampment. He's a bit shy and needs time to get accustomed to new people. He is a great lap dog and gets along well with other small dogs. He has not yet been in the company of cats or children. He would love a family committed to providing basic training to help him build confidence and social skills.
