Wirehaired Dachshund Dogs Available for Adoption in Tustin, California

No out of state adoptions will be acceptable, Northern California will not be considered at all. Needs to be Local to Orange County CA. Parts of South County will be alright.

LOOKING for experienced Doxie people who had this breed before. or currently has this breed

He was given to a former foster of ours who knew the family who knew she needed to save him. Since his living conditions were terrible/ neglected. He was in crate more hours then a dog should be in a crate for. Former foster finally convinced the owners to give him up.
We are very thankful to our formers fosters for saving him / rescuing him from bad conditions he was in.


Dachshund is 4 years old - 18 pounds -- sweet as pie -- according to people who have him to us he is dog friendly, in progress of leash training- potty training in progress-- he in crate trained we were told. He is house broken though.

Once he warms up to you which is pretty quickly he will give you kisses.
