Monkey - Wire Fox Terrier Dog for Adoption in Scottsdale, Arizona

If you’re looking for a fun and easy companion with the most endearing, contest-winning underbite, then Monkey is definitely your go-to guy! This adorable 7-year-old terrier mix found himself at a county shelter after his owner entered hospice and there was nobody to care for him. The report from his foster home is awesome and he receives very high marks on the “good dog” scale. An expert with the doggy door on Day 1, he has not had a single potty accident inside.

Monkey can be just a tad shy until he gets to know you, but then it’s all about the joys of snuggling. He prides himself on being a great “toy tester,” as he takes pleasure in emptying the basket until he finds just the perfect one to suit his current mood. Monkey is learning the ropes when it comes to leash skills and is realizing that walks are actually quite fun! So don’t monkey around or delay, because we can guarantee you will go “bananas” over this special little guy.
