A stray who was with a family for a couple of weeks. That family decided they no longer wanted to care for him so brought him to the vet clinic to be euthanized. The vet refused. The dog was microchipped. Sadly, the registered owner did not want Chet back. The dog is now on a 14-day hold in case the owners change their mind.
Staff says Chet is a sweet, gentle guy. Took his bath very well. Has shown no aggression towards well behaved other dogs or kittens. Not sure how he is around children.
