Noodle - Whippet and Carolina Dog Dog for Adoption

Meet Noodle,

We spotted Noodle wandering the streets of Memphis, and this poor girl was skin and bones. She was scared and ran off, so we left her food and water and came back the next day hoping shed still be around.

Lucky for us, she was curious about another dog being walked nearby, and we were finally able to get a slip lead on her and bring her to safety.

No chip. No collar. No one came looking for her. But somehow, this sweet girl is still full of love.

Noodle is estimated to be 1-2 years old,
LOVES other dogs
OBSESSED with toys
No accidents in the house
Loves attention and being loved on
Sweet, gentle, and ready for a fresh start

Noodle went from surviving on the streets to learning what it feels like to be safe, loved, and spoiled. Now she just needs her forever family.

Who wants to show this little noodle what a forever home feels like?

The Carolina Dog, a primitive breed known for its wild ancestry, is a medium sized, agile, and intelligent dog originally found roaming freely in the Southeastern United States. With a distinctive appearance marked by erect ears, a bushy tail, and a sable coat, Carolina Dogs are highly adaptable, affectionate with their families, and wary of strangers, making them excellent watchdogs. Their natural hunting instincts and independence require consistent training and an active lifestyle to thrive in a loving home environment.

The Whippet is a sleek and graceful breed known for its agility and speed, with origins dating back to Victorian England. These affectionate and gentle dogs make excellent companions for families and individuals alike, excelling in various activities such as lure coursing and obedience training. With their slender build and short coat, Whippets are low maintenance when it comes to grooming but require regular exercise to keep them healthy and happy.
